Question is, is it just a mannerism or does he have physical ailment that prevents him from standing still unless he has both hands on a podium.

(7,511 posts)He takes his right hand and holds the left as if to stabilize it. The left arm looks to be much further down his side because of the shoulder droop. I guess we'll know soon enough.

There's been discussion of his immobile arm before here. I remember a thread with video of him shortly after his trip to the hospital that showed him only using one arm when it would have been far more natural to use both, but I can't remember which arm wasn't moving.
