Doctors in Bangladesh are promising "astounding results" using Ivermectin and doxycycline, which will probably prove about as successful as Hydroxychloloroquine.

But seriously, there still have been no large scale double-blind randomized control trials for HCl yet so there is the possibility it may be of some use.
