fired cops should have to be entered into a national data base and if in that data base other departments should not be allowed to hire them

We were talking this morning about those four guys (the murderer hadn't been arrested yet) and how they will lay low for a while and then go get other police jobs one county over.

There should be a specific type of firing offence that would put them on the list, but I think you're on to something here.
