I had a similar issue using Firefox--problem seemed to be with its Enhanced Tracking Protection. left end of the address bar, the shield icon allows you to adjust those settings (toggle it off or on), and that may allow you to see what's actually there.

MeidasTouch makes the best ads this cycle imo. Honestly, I think Biden's digital ad team is slow. They probably have more overhead and need more approvals to get ads produced. The best ads are from independent sources like MeidasTouch and Lincoln project.
Unfortunately, I don't think that Biden's digital team is best to handle ads. Most of the ads that produces are either too long or not effective imo with few exceptions. Also there are no underlining message in all their ads and no slogans. I also think Biden's team is way too slow to produce ads. If I had to guess they use focus groups too much which slow the process. This could also be an issue at the managerial level. Even if MeidasTouch brought in I think they will be neutered. This is my speculation of course, but I don't see any of this changing anytime soon. So imo I think it better to fund this group with a chance to see these ads on-air.
