It is a massively red district. Getting rid of King is victory in my book.

Republican voters in Iowa's 4th Congressional District will decide Tuesday whether to stick with their nine-term incumbent representative or nominate another Republican to compete in the general election for the first time in 18 years.

U.S. Rep. Steve King, who was first elected in 2002, faces his most competitive primary election since he first won his seat in Congress. State Sen. Randy Feenstra has been spending heavily on television advertising targeting King as ineffective since he was stripped of his committee seats by Republican leaders in January 2019.

Better to have a normal right winger in congress than a Nazi. King has no redeeming qualities and brings shame to the entire state.

I was reading an article today that basically said any old generic republican is almost certain to win that deep red district... but the Democratic candidate actually has a chance against Steve King who is absolutely reviled at the moment. It would be like a Doug Jones vs Roy Moore situation in Alabama...

I don’t see a Democrat ever winning that seat. I call that district Vichy Iowa. They’ll stick with Trumpism until the bitter end.

I wonder if it's still possible? Feenstra is a Trumper, but he doesn't appear to be *as* insane as King. Anyone who supports Trump is, in my book, EXTREMELY questionable. But this guy may just be an opportunist which is more in line with regular Repukes and can be dealt with.
