I've heard that term being thrown around for the last 3 1/2 years now. Have we finally reached the point where we can officially declare a 'constitutional crisis'? Did Trump finally cross the line?

1. Yes, this is an actual constitutional crisis, as opposed to the many faux crises

People talk about a "constitutional crisis" when what they really mean is oh goodness, I have to actually read part of it. Someone invoked or refers to a part of it that isn't used ever other day in the media and people freak out.

What Donnie is doing is an actual constitutional crisis, a crisis where it's not clear the constitution will prevail because he's actively trying to replace it with rule by force.
