Not sure what the campaign finance laws are, but since Biden can't campaign right now, I'd love to see him buy time on the local 5 O'Clock news for interviews in swing states. Get his message out that way so people will start to see him as the sane alternative to Trump.

In modern elections, the teams who innovate win. Obama's team revolutionized social media and contacting voters. Trump's team deserves credit for micro targeted ads on Facebook, they lapped Hillary's team 100 times over in this regard even if some of the ways they did it were illegal.
