Part of the paid permitting process -- in our town at least -- goes through the Parks Dept.

For large scale ongoing spontaneous events such as we are seeing now, any intelligent municipality would hustle up trash cans and Port a Potties, for really really obvious reasons. I have no idea what is actually going on around the country right now.

with thousands of other people. It was filling up and it was filthy.

I think most businesses do not want people coming in just to use the bathrooms. They would be overwhelmed.

Its a problem.
