Didn't vote yet because WHO would be doing the evaluation, and would those people be screened FIRST?

Sounds weird, I know, but one political party could possibly pack the evaluation committee with people as fully insane as that one political party is.

the voters should have noticed he was a bit off. They voted for him anyway. I doubt the results of a psych evaluation would deter them.
