Odd how honoring the Civil War & Enslavement is the only thing so many white people can think to idolize, especially in the South. I mean it's like honoring the Confederacy and it's legacy is the only thing about their ancestors that is worth remembering. If the first and really only thing you can think of about your ancestors is how they tore families apart, lynched, raped, and otherwise brutalized an entire race of people, even long after the Civil War ended, maybe it's time to admit that you are really just a racist and you deep down inside like what they did and wish you could go back to that time period.
