I tried to figure out what movie this came from. I believe it was War and Remembrance, based on Herman Wouk's book by the same title.

There is an officer in this excerpt that I think is supposed to be Eichmann. Resembles Stephen Miller.

A 2004 German historical war drama film directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel from a screenplay by its producer, Bernd Eichinger.

It's available on AmazonPrime, according to IMDB

And, on behalf of the Grammar Police -- whose mission is to correct and serve -- "Compliant" means ready or disposed to comply.
I think the correct word here is "Complaint".

25. The actual movie is very good

It's well worth seeing the whole movie with the original non-joke subtitles. This is one of the first depictions of Hitler by a German actor in a theatrical film since the end of WWII; it's been something of a taboo in their culture. Everyone seems to agree that Bruno Ganz knocked it out of the park (he's the actor playing Hitler).
