Narcissist sociopath authoritarian cops
Are narcissitic sociopaths and authoritarians First.
Being a cop enables them to get off on abusing power.
The problem is with abuse Dynamics in the very purpose and structures of a police department.
They cannot be reformed unless they toss out cops based on thier personality type and how they use power,and culture to get away with abuse of power.
Making them accountable will be undermined from the start by dark triad personalities and those enabling them.
Those who enjoy having the "right" to bully,harass abuse and kill in the name of law order and with the state and do it with federal goverments blessing want to continue with that arrangement.
Because they like it that way,will do whatever they can to keep it that way .
A person without a innate sense of moral right or wrong,lacking empathy
or self restraint should never be trusted. Let alone be trusted to do the right thing.because they won't do it.
They'll fool people with fake commitments fake answers and lies to keep getting away with abuse and murder.
And nobody should be given that kind of power to abuse,threaten intimidate or kill others,period.
The existence of police and it's culture and union is what enables cops to get away with murder and abuse.
That culture and hierarchy shuts down other cops until they become abusers or look the other way as other cops abuse people and murder them because they can.
Police departments are dysfunctional cultures led by the worst offender bullies/ sadist cops..
I hate cops because they hated me first.
