Renaming installations.

How about renaming one after Chester Nez. He was the last of the original 29 Navajo code talkers to pass away. He died in 2014.

I think I understand why the southern military posts were named for Confederate generals. The naming was to win approval of the voters in each district. But now is the time to correct this mistake. All the installations named for Confederate generals need to be renamed. I am all for renaming a military post for a Navajo Code talker. this is a great suggestion.
