What I cannot process is how the Con tries to sell himself as the law and order president

after violating so many laws and having to pay the penalties. How does that work?

Get the ads going re Mr Law and Order's fraudulent university
Mr. Law and Order's fraudulent charity organization
Mr Law and ORder paying off Stormy and on and on and on.
