Given CDC has led the way in global disease control and global health for more than 7 decades, the rest of the world is shocked at the way in which Trump has destroyed their credibility and ability to impact COVID-19, just as he has done so with the State Department, DOJ, EPA, OSHA, NOAA, and so many other federal agencies and departments.
