someone, like Stone, comes to drumpf and says "wikileaks got the e-mails from Russia, and they are going to release them."

To prove wrongdoing, doesn't drumpf need to be an active part of this... funding it, giving orders what to do with the info, giving orders to hack the DNC, telling russia "yes i want you to hack the DNC"... if he new about it and said "that's great!" has he actually done anything wrong?

is he obligated to report that a foreign power did this? or can he just be silent and reap the benefits?

In any event, I suspect people who think this kind of junk is wrong, decided — long ago — to vote against trump and close GOPer allies.

An accessory after the fact? Doesn't he have a legal and moral obligation to report this to the FBI?

Is that illegal? Particularly if you knew when the money was coming, that it was stolen AND you realized a benefit from it?

He basically allowed Stone/Wikileaks to gather valuable information and use the information to his advantage. He knew it was going on and didn't stop it. In fact, the encouraged them. I think there would be a case that his conduct was illegal.
