Put a noose in his garage at Talladega over the weekend.

I hope the authorities find out who it is and charge him/ her with a hate crime and take appropriate actions.

That no fans had access to those garages. They will find this despicable person and ban him from Nascar. I am not a racing fan, but I am proud of how the corporation is handling the BLM effort.
