+1, Crimes against humanity, they didn't listen to the CDC and now their states are fucked.

in a public place can be held for assault, or maybe even murder of some kind if you die from Covid-19. It's simply not that clear cut.
Plus, of course, everyone in the states that open up have the choice to go to public places, or stay at home, to mask or not.
