Set aside for a moment whether trump knew in March that Putin put a bounty on our soldiers heads. Whether or not he was briefed, paid attention to the brief, was on his phone tweeting during the brief, forgot about the brief, or is literally too fucking stupid to understand English can all be hashed our later.
He knows NOW. Right this second.
What is his plan for retaliation?
What sanctions is he proposing?
What exactly is he doing NOW?
Nothing.
