The SC is denying Congress access to secret grand jury testimony from Mueller until after Nov

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is denying Congress access to secret grand jury testimony from special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation through the November election.

So basically they don't want us to know until after the election to help Trump. This is disgraceful.

They will do the same with his taxes.

That needs to be a high priority for President Biden, Speaker Pelosi, and Majority Leader Schumer.

Next, expand the Federal Bench at all levels to dilute the corruption.

Next, a massive wave of investigations and impeachments of all of Moscow Mitch's appointees.

Hilary Clinton (Chief Justice, demote Roberts)
Bernie Sanders
Al Gore
Carol Mosley Braun (Because I want to hear Jesse Helms turn in his grave)
Mazie Hirono
Catherine Cortez Masto

Is diversity. My white picks are so Rush Limbaugh, et al's heads will explode as Kamic justice is served.

The other pricks are overdue balancing the scales. By the time these folks are looking to retire, people like AOC will be old enough to take their place.

This is absolute bullshit and if I had more time, I would read the decision for their basis for this denial.

I agree with you SunOnMars for your comment above, but HOPE (that's all we can do now) that the S.C. will allow the tax matter to move forward now (and wait until later this year...)

They know, if Biden wins, doesnt matter, DOJ will hand it over anyway, Trump wins, then they will have to rule.

Justice? What? Supremely biased?

Who is the SCOTUS supposed to be serving? We are back to that, huh?

It seems we are seeing more issues that should bring to question the legitimacy of those who have been honored to serve the country. Who gives them that duty and the power to do so? They don't own it, but are custodians.

The answer should be obvious.

not “may” be handed over.

So much for rules. Despite a few wins at the SC, I believe that in what I consider really big decisions to come, they’re going to be as partisan as McConnell.
