That's not bad, but there is 0 chance that he's a legit scratch golfer. I don't see why anyone feels the need to lie about such trivial things. I've played golf for years and I'm just not that good. I can shoot in the mid to high 90s. It's nothing to be upset about. I don't take it too seriously and I've never put in any real effort to be better than that.
