We're close to that already--medical care being "triaged" with people with certain disabilities scoring low on the "is this life worth the effort needed to save it?" scale.

It also echoes Trump's continual reference to his "good genes"--his membership in the Aryan "master race."

Hatred of people with disabilities is a core principle of white supremacy. In Germany neo-Nazis have been quoted telling people in wheelchairs "Under Hitler you would have been gassed."

I don't doubt the Nazis here hope for the same.
