The SCOTUS will try to appear impartial in the next few months but in 5 months or so, we will have hell to pay

(32,626 posts)has had all it's dreams come true, because of the precision cuts they've taken to the federal government, the power grip they have on states, the power of the wealth they have supporting them from almost every industry, and stacking the courts in order to hold on to it all. None of this could have been orchestrated, or performed by Trump. Trump would not have the slightest idea of what was needed. The architects are long gone, but it's been building for a long time. The idea that expanding the Supreme Court would be a result of pressure on Biden, is depressing.
