what happen to Flynn's case after the appeals court ruling?
I had heard that either Sullivan or one of the judges on the appeals court itself could request an en banc ruling from the full appeals court after the 2-1 ruing that Sullivan should dismiss the charges. That was June 24th but doing a search i cannot find anywhere an indication that this went either way (either Sullivan dismissing, or the en banc hearing being requested).
Anyone know?
