Joe Biden's niece's adopted son's sister's brother-in-law parked illegally in a handicapped spot in France in 1983. The man, and witnesses at the scene, claimed that the sign had fallen down and there were no other indicators that it was a spot for people with disabilities. Fox News is sending a correspondent to investigate the ensuing decades-long cover-up.
On a side note, I think this may be my 1,000th post
