First the Black cop was stopped for absolutely NO REASON other than he was Black. If the white cop had shot or killed the Black cop. the white cop would probably have walked away with no charges.

...immediately when he realizes he's being pulled over by a white cop. I am not sure I was hearing all that perfectly, because there was a lot of road noise, he was talking while he was driving just after the incident. But if I heard him correctly, he was saying you should call 911 while you're pulling over and the cop is approaching you, they have to respond to you and send another cop to assist you if you request it. Did I understand him correctly?

I am a 70-year-old Southern white man. After all that has happened in the past five or six weeks, I would NEVER call a cop on a black person unless it was a bad situation in which it was REALLY necessary.
