I considered responding at length but haven’t the time to do so in a gentle manner. When I tried to put pen to paper to describe just how ridiculous it is to insult someone’s intelligence, when you yourself so thoroughly failed to comprehend what you were insulting, I could not find a way to do so without sounding mean.

We have a woman who put on an amusing, albeit painfully obvious, piece of satire.

Now we have this poster who so thoroughly failed to recognize that satire for what it was that he actually suggested the performer was too stupid to breathe if not for the involuntary reflex to do so.

It isn’t a good look to call someone stupid, especially in circumstances where the person delivering the insult has failed to understand what they were insulting.

Imagine someone calling Tom Hanks mentally challenged because they saw his performance in Forrest Gump and failed to understand the concept of acting.

I gave some thought to the subject title, as my own initial viewing was blind. I almost stopped watching it, as I'm past being tolerant of fools these days.

But it was so gob smacking, I became a bit mesmerized, transfixed by her blithe delivery. It wasn't until her recounting of oral sex googling that it began to dawn on me it's humor.

I concluded that all of us are so wound up and fried with the relentless stupid permeating our country today, that we're not up for being misled, even for humor.
