I'd volunteer my services.

4. We already have Americans using the "Alaska Loophole" to enter Canada

They then stay and visit instead of driving there. We've had some Americans enter here in BC then go to the Gulf Islands between the mainland and Vancouver Island because they have vacation homes there. As a province of 4.5 million people, we've only had 3000 cases and 185 or so deaths. We want to keep it that way. But assholes have to be assholes.

A couple from Minnesota travelled to their cottage (cabin, camp?) near Fort Frances, ON. They were told they must quarantine for 14 days. They didn't. They were seen out and about in Fort Frances. The police fined them each $1,000 and told them to get the hell home.

I live across the river from upper NY state. I and my neighbours want the border kept closed. Sorry!

11. Considering we have had refugees crossing daily from the U.S. into southern Quebec, yes.

It started when Trump threatened to deport Haitians(?) back to Haiti in 2017. They started crossing the border. Any that cross now are housed in a quarantine centre for 14 days before being allowed into the country. From my understanding, any person trying to come from a stable country isn't allowed to claim refugee status. The Trudeau government has rightly determined that the U.S. is no longer a stable country.
