Wait until after Labor Day, then revisit this question.

The general public has a 5 news cycle attention span.
Hitting closer to the election has exponentially more impact.
Biden has a double digit lead in most polls, with the "missing" voter number and MOE adding up to less than the lead.
Spending money now has only incremental value. The big value comes when the election is close enough that people remember the message.
What you suggest ignores electoral reality.

The Lincoln project is doing a pretty good job but I haven’t seen anything attributed to Bloomberg for awhile.
