After last night's intrigue, Supreme Court this morning will release more opinions. Is this the day we learn whether congressional investigators and a prosecutor are entitled to see President Trump's financial records? Five cases remain

2. The anticipation on this tax case is killing me.

Maybe they will rule against Trump on the taxes and then Roberts will retire for medical reasons cause he doesn't want to deal with Trumps wrath, and Roberts knows it they will be damning to him.

Nothing could be further from the truth and no way CJ Roberts will retire just because Trump will be mad if CJ Roberts rules against him.

majority will decided that presidents must release their taxes BUT because it is so close to the election they will give trump a pass and omit him from compliance, without forcing him to release his taxes during his re-election bid. I think they'll do it this way cuz they're sure trump will lose the election. And of course, just like in Bush v. Gore SCOTUS will say that their decision cannot be relied on for other causes as it is not intended to be a precedent-setting decision.
