BREAKING: Supreme Court upholds Trump administration rule that gives employers and universities broad right to opt out on religious grounds from Obamacare requirement to offer free birth control through their health-care plans. 7-2 with Breyer and Kagan joining conservatives.

Private employer's "religious" views are specious and cavalier.

They can start to religiously object to LGBT employees, blacks, women, etc.

This is a terrible precedent.
