If they rule against Trump, he can't make them do anything until Oct/Nov..

- Shouldn't even be at SCOTUS

- There is no remotely plausible argument on Trump's side

- America is over if its not at least 7-2 in favor of Congress and the DC circuit

- My fear is 5 Conservatives find some way to kick it back to a lower court and let Trump "run out the clock".
