That is the same thing as saying...A POTUS is above the law, and is immune from prosecution and investigation in an out of office.

I told a friend just last week that I bet his taxes STILL wouldn't come to us BEFORE the 2020 elections, and especially not out of this High Court. I'll stick by that (Hope I'm proven WRONG though).
