Or were the Never Trumpers the driving force behind the lying books about previous Democratic candidates, and this time they're focusing their wrath on Trump?

...and that bunch now gets super-sized doses on practically an hourly basis. How are books going to compete with that?

They'll be back in form once the floodwaters have receded and they feel safe to lie their asses ofF again while maintaining a veneer of intellectual respectability.
