Just found GoodLiars.com. They say all their stuff is available for a free download. I didn't stop to look for a review to find out if that's a safe site. They have different sizes, and apparently other posters too.

Honk horns in support. That's absolutely what would happen. The words would mean nothing to them, other than endorses Donald Trump. They'll see a flattering picture of their guy and be even more convinced his re-election is inevitable, another gift from above.

As posters in the Reddit thread pointed out, many Trump supporters would take one glance and like/share on social media.

Sarcasm and irony have no chance given the caliber of the typical Trump supporter.
