Basically, she was asked about a child's ability to expose older people to COVID in regards to going back to school.
Her answer was, essentially, that they don't know and she went off on a tangent about spit testing. All while also admitting that kids can have COVID and be asymptomatic.
They are demanding kids go back to school without a understanding of the risks involved for teachers and other adults involved in the school system.

(31,518 posts)I don't have any school age children, but if I did, they wouldn't be going back to school until I felt confident that they could attend classes without becoming exposed to the virus.

Schools are petrie dishes for disease as it is, now trump wants to add covid-19 to that mix.
If this happens we are so screw. This will just prolong this virus crisis for more months, perhaps years until there is a vaccine. It will make Biden's job even harder once we dump trump in Nov.
