Congressional Democrats should warn Trump, Pence and Barr

That if pardoned, they will be called to testify under oath about any alleged crimes covered by the pardon - "blanket" or specific. Also remind them that if they are pardoned, they cannot use the 5th Amendment to refuse to answer.

Let them think that over.

It should have happened to Nixon.

And in this situation, we are going to have a different U.S. Attorney General.

I don't think Trump is so confident that his Court appointees will save him either.
