Forced school opening

Is part of the plan to defund public schools. People who can will keep their children out. They will join the home schooling group. Most schools get their funding from ADA, average daily attendance. This cuts the money states send to the schools as attendance drops.

Underfunded schools will see their state funding cut.

States will have to change the amount they pay or districts could go bust.

actually, more like a weapon — to accomplish long standing goals. One of their chief ones: the destruction of public education which they view as a key impediment to their ideology. As you so capably explained, they aim to financially cripple public education by forcing public school openings. A side benefit of the underlying goal to undergird the economy by getting people back to work so they can remain in power. Peel back the onion. When the layers are revealed, it becomes obvious that the lives of families who must rely or simply choose to rely on and support public goods and services are throwaway lives to them at best. In reality, they are A-OK with “thinning the herd“. It’s part of their overall solution.
