Most of them think they are better than others and above partisan politics. But mostly they just aren't informed and think too highly of themselves and want attention.

Most of them will go with what they feel is popular at the time of voting.

If those are the issues they care about right now then they would not be swing voters right now. there is only one candidate to vote for if you really don't care about those issues and do care about those other issues.
