1. "Rich people" don't stay rich by giving away their money

Every rich person I know — when they are not a self-made millionaire — has a really strange relationship with their money. They fear everyone is after it. And since they never earned it, they fear not being able to get it back when it’s gone.

Self-made people are more generous and generally nicer. I’m sure there are exceptions, but that’s been my experience.

I doubt he has a nickel more than what his father left him. What he DOES have is a ton of debt. Probably in the hundreds of millions.
