If they resort to air conditioned tents, what is really the point of calling it outdoors?

a/c tents filled with people in rainy, humid weather. I believe the 45 IQ is a common denominator for republicans.

Jacksonville's football stadium, TIAA Bank Stadium, seats 67,000. Unless they want to show to the world 67,000 super-spreaders packed shoulder to shoulder--and presuming there are 67,000 volunteers to be super-spreaders shoulder to shoulder--there are going to be a whole hell of a lot of empty seats there that will drive Trump crazy. It will make Tulsa look like nothing. And obviously, just like Tulsa they'll shoehorn them all in a corner of the stadium instead of spacing them out, just for the optics of the tight shot giving the mere illusion of a full house.

There is the city's minor league baseball stadium, The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, that might be a more plausible option. It seats 11,000. So the chances of having a full house in a smaller venue go up.

But even then, you'd still be dealing with 11,000 super-spreaders shoulder to shoulder in a state that's currently besieged by the plague like never before.

I don't think they hold it. The people of Jacksonville don't want it, and from what I hear, due to some sort of tiff with the hosting commitee, even DeSantis doesn't even really want it anymore.

They might just as well go full Fyre Festival and hold it on some secluded island. And it will still likely be an even greater disaster than the actual Fyre Festival.

Surely a little (or a huge) rain is not going to stop MAGAts from attending Trump rally.
