Best guesses on Trump strategy re: Vance?

Since SCOTUS is giving him another shot at defending his position, and since they've said he can't just claim blanket immunity, what are some likely strategies his side will try? Besides just stalling, I mean.

They will ask for maximum time and extensions, file the maximum number of legal arguments they can come up with, and appeal everything.

Vance didn’t ask Trump to provide records, he asked Deutschebank to provide the records they have on Trump. I believe Deutschebank has agreed to comply with the subpoena so all Trump can do is sue Deutschebank again but it’s hard to see how he prevails in light of the SCOTUS decision.
