Biden understands the powers and limits of the President having been in the White House for 8 years.

Presidents do not make laws. There is currently no law that allows undocumented immigrants a path to citizenship. They would have to leave the country and "get to the back of the line".

The whole reason for DACA was to halt deportation activities by ICE on young people who were brought as babies or small children, who were in good legal standing otherwise WHILE Congress worked on Immigration reform that would allow people here without papers a path toward becoming permanent residents and citizens without having to be deported or leave.

Trump is tying to pander, but he is so stupid that he doesn't understand anything other than it might sound good to a few people who are as ignorant as he is.

The president implements the law, they do not make the law. Trump thinks he can make laws out of thin air. He wanted to "ban Muslims" and he thought that he could use powers the President Obama used to selectively enforce policy with Iraqi nationals during the war, but Trump is stupid and it took him several times to get something that was constitutionally sound. Why?

Because Trump is an idiot!

He has no idea how things work. The fact that his staff in the WH don't stop him from going out there and acting a fool is a complete dereliction of duty.

The Supreme Court Ruling on DACA affirmed that President Obama had the authority to decide how to implement EXISTING LAW by prioritizing who he went after to deport. That is all that DACA is DEFERRED ACTION.. DEFERRED meaning, "I am not going to prioritize going after undocumented young people who were brought here as children, who are not committing any crimes and who are de facto Americans.

Idiot boy can actually undo DACA relatively easily if he hadn't shown that he just wanted to do it because he is a racist asshole.

The supreme court did not "grant any enormous power" they said that the president has the right to prioritize enforcement of existing laws, including idiots like you, but also that your argument for wanting to end DACA was so stupid that they had to reject it for now. That's it.

He cannot make laws with his executive orders. He can only detail how he plans to enforce the existing laws. BUT, they still have to comport with the law and be constitutional.

13. I don't think the lying will work with the on the fence voters that fell his way last time.

Many of those people are not racists, but they have been deluded into believing that Washington DC is a cesspool and that Hillary was less than honest. So they believed the real liar over the decent, honest person. But a constant stream of obvious lies have ended their delusion. There are around 33% of people that are with him regardless, but a very firm 63-67% of the people, poll after poll, are saying that Trump is a problem.
