Whiff?

Mitt Romney has been getting some interesting press from his comments regarding Trump's actions, gaining bits of praise here and there for his solo GOP willingness to speak up.

His latest opinion on Stone's commuted sentence: Unprecedented, historic corruption: an American president commutes the sentence of a person convicted by a jury of lying to shield that very president.

Can't disagree with that sentiment.

However, we shouldn't hasten to forget that his own history isn't exactly forthcoming ---

Is there, perhaps, a whiff of lingering presidential ambition in the air?

But he also voted against witnesses at the senate trial. That didn’t help anything.

in 1966.under the cover of some phony ass Mormon missionary deferment. He actually protested in the streets in support of the Vietnam war, and then hauled ass to France to hide out a few years. Patriotic kind of a guy.
