Commissioner who Voted Against Masks in Critical Condition with COVID-19
St. Johns County Commissioner Paul Waldron listens during the commission meeting on Jan. 21. [PETER WILLOTT/THE RECORD]

St. Augustine (WTFF) – St. Johns County Commissioner Paul Waldron caught the coronavirus and went into septic shock after voting against a motion to mandate masks for county employees last week.

His daughter posted on Facebook on July 9 that Waldron “went into septic shock and has many organs struggling.”

“He is currently in the most critical of conditions,” she wrote. “I ask you not to doubt the power of prayer.”

Hope the rest of the KGOP faithful rethink their rush to reopen the schools.

Right.

... at all, except meditative prayer which gives the prayer physiological benefits (calming) that at best match basic non-religious meditation.

That's exactly what happened and what he earned by his murderous inhuman order. If his family backed this and agrees with him, guess they have earned the karma too. If not, I feel sorry for them.

his brand of jerk. Who knows how many people he has put in jeopardy by his stupidity. Good luck with the power of prayer whine. Better to give him some diet advise, if he survives.

was in the ER for 48 hours. Had 3 test for Covid and they all turned out negative.

They never did figure out the source or location of the infection.

No fun, but I lived.

AND masks perhaps? I think sometimes people don't see the answer to their prayers when it is right in front of their face.
