It's Safe To Assume That Anything That Trump Does Between Now And November.....

is motivated by him thinking that he can win votes to get re-elected. That is all he is focused on.

Things like:

- his wearing a mask
- his talking about an executive order on immigration
- sending out Mnuchin saying to expect another stimulus package by end of July
- visiting the hospital to meet with vets
