They are requesting five "additional" ambulances "to stage."

Firefighters are saying they don't have very much foam, worried about running out.

They are going to use it strategically as it is in short supply.

They're at home port, they have to go to an ammo pier far away from anything to onload anything larger for ship's weapons, air wings or small boats.
From the way it looks it might have been a busted fuel line in the hanger bay area; maybe one of the large 440 transformers or switchboards blew and ignited the fire.

And delay a lot of critical systems upgrades while they're repairing the hanger bay and all the associated support and safety features, as well as all the maintenance shops around that level. Hopefully there weren't any aircraft on board at the time, that would be even more expensive.

Boy howdy, smoke is pouring out of over half the 840 foot ship. It looks like the hanger decks might be totally trashed.
