Your Sunday Schadenfreude: Trump Forced To Cancel Rally Due To Low Attendance

The Trump campaign blamed their canceled New Hampshire rally on the weather, but the truth is they canceled due to low attendance.

NBC News reported:

There were no signs of the typical throngs of supporters camped out days in advance for a good spot; the Republican governor said he would skip it, advising anyone at high risk to stay home over coronavirus concerns; fears of a repeat of Tulsa’s disappointing turnout weighed heavily; and then came the stormy weather reports, which could have further stifled attendance. - PoliticusUSA

No matter how many people show, it will look horrible on tv. First, people will have been outside for hours and will literally be dripping with sweat and soaked to the bone. Also, in August it rains every day from 2:45 - 4:25 and some days its accompanied with lightning.

No one will want to come to a state which is setting records for numbers of sick daily to sit outside in the rain and listen to that moron.

he will go crazy in the White House. I’d be happy if he just stayed at one of his golf courses for the next four months and just played golf every day. The whole country would benefit if we didn’t hear from him.
