Do the 90% of Americans who disapprove of Congress,

realize that what they don't like is 90% of the Republicans fault.
I think that most of them are in the "they are both the same" camp, unfortunately.
We had a small window after the 2008 election when Americans really blamed the Republicans,
but Obama and the Dems decided to defer to them at every turn and we lost our chance at true progressive change.

Unfortunately most voting Americans have absolutely no idea what is going on politically You can never overestimate the ignorance of the average American.

Another poll that said majority trust Obama on the economy over congressional Republicans.

Hopefully some one remembers where those were.

squarely with both parties.

Because both parties do not give a damned for the little people any more, the only thing they care about is getting more money from their corporate masters.

proposed any of the destructive agenda that the Republicans do.
True the Dems have not fought the Republicans nearly enough, but what you said my friend is pure false equivalency bullshit.

Will the 90% who disapprove of Congress actually bother voting against the incumbents?

Answer: no.
