Interesting choice of adjective!
BTW: I think they're going to send data to CDC anyway.
They send to state departments of health already.
The information flow is already set up.
They're not reprogramming everything because PINO says so.
They don't have to, and they won't.

The insurance companies get this info.
They don't pay health of life claims based upon nondescript reasons.
They GET to know why they're transferring that cash.
If PINO's gang tries to scrub the numbers, those companies will scream.
They're already freaking out over the unanticipated deaths. Especially so, since the official COVID death count doesn't close the gap in unexpected life insurance claims.
The truth will be well known.

to try to make Trump look better.

That was the ONLY reason for this change.

It’s easy to submit data that doesn’t identify patients.

But, trump couldn’t control it in that case.

If the actual COVID infection, hospitalization and death rate figures are not reported, or under-reported, then they never happened, and Trump can claim success.

the data in order to spin it somehow positively for the Orange King. I heard a researcher say this morning she went to the CDC to get numbers for whatever she's doing and was unable to get any information. That's not right. It should be public information.
